Alchemy of the Arrow
Alchemy of the Arrow was a one-day interdisciplinary retreat designed to merge creativity, healing, and community connection. Located just an hour outside the city, it offered a rare space to slow down, reflect, and create without the pressures of everyday life.

The day blended visual art, performance, wellness practices, and intentional rest—moving between moments of collective ritual and quiet personal work. Programming included a burning ceremony, sound healing, somatic movement, and open studio time, alongside nourishing meals from local vendors and one-on-one therapeutic sessions.

The event was organized with Pammy Jackson @thepsychedelicsisterhood, Leah O’Donnell, LCSW @leahodonnelllcsw, Chris Ender Coryat @endercoryat, and Logina Mostafa, MPH of @queeringexistentialism. Each brought their own practice, vision, and care to create a space where participants could both expand creatively and ground themselves emotionally.

Alchemy of the Arrow was as much about presence as it was about production—proving that when we slow down and listen, we can aim our creative arrows with greater clarity and intention.
